Responsible for operations, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and business development initiatives. He oversees all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission. He is responsible for management of the delivery teams, maintenance of the program/project plan, and oversight of the delivery process to keep efforts on track (e.g., deliverables, milestones, resources, and costs).
Responsible for financial activities of the organization, to include accounting, budgeting, payroll, forecasting, cash flow management, fund management and financial reporting activities; ensure that effective internal controls are in place to assure the safeguarding of organizational assets and the reliability of financial statements. Leads the annual budgeting and financial planning processes.
Responsible for spearheading DeGeRo’ s growth, formulating long-term strategies and setting the tone for the company’s culture and values. He is a proven leader with strong expertise in nurturing client relationships and a laser sharp focus on operations. Geo is a graduate in Computer Science & Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU)Karnataka, INDIA and served several years with technology giant Intel driving Information Technology Infrastructure projects.
